Freedom of Voice
"Freedom Voice" was an autobiographical exhibition about finding my own voice...

I had always invented songs for as long as I can remember, but mostly kept and sang them only for myself. It has been my invisible world. My escape from reality. Even when I am alone and drawing, I mostly mumble something or repeat a phrase. The world of sounds has always been for me important influencer, and I wanted to look at some of the other works in this exhibition through its context.

A year before this exhibition, I started
practicing ukulele and it opened an avalanche of new stories. This exhibition focused on the searches of recent years and showed works and videos from three different art residencies. Art residencies allowed me to take time for myself and practice ukulele. I was very grateful to be able to share these stories with you. This exhibition was dedicated to all dear woman in my life who have inspired me.

I am sincerely grateful for all of you!
